1. Cancellation Policy
At Demoody Dot Net, we consistently strive to ensure high-quality digital deliverables, accurate mock tests, robust APIs, and professional consultation services. This detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the circumstances under which a user may cancel or seek monetary restitution for a product or service procured directly through the Platform Demoody Dot Net app and (https://cybercafe.demoody.in/).
Order cancellations will explicitly be considered under the following operational guidelines:
- Standard Timeframe: Routine cancellations will only be considered valid if the subsequent request is appropriately registered within exactly one (1) business day of successfully placing the original order.
- Processing Exceptions: Conversely, formal cancellation requests cannot and will not be legally entertained if our verified merchants/sellers have actively begun executing the digital request, or the final physical/digital deliverable has already been processed or pushed out for final delivery delivery.
- Exempt Categories & Services: Demoody Dot Net categorically rejects any and all direct cancellation attempts pertaining to Mobile Recharges, DTH Recharges, Utility Bill Payments, actively running digital campaigns, instant tool subscriptions (PDF tools, image processors), perishable items (if applicable), or non-tangible API consumptions. Once a recharge or bill payment is requested and initiated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
Customer goodwill remains our highest priority. In instances where you are wholly unsatisfied with a tangible delivery or encounter significant friction with physical products, prompt restitution will be orchestrated:
- Damaged/Defective Claims: In the rare instance of receiving fundamentally broken or functionally defective items (e.g., printed resumes, document dispatches), please forcefully report the concern directly to our digital customer service team within 1 day of receipt. Resolution will invariably proceed only after the internal merchant officially completes a procedural verification.
- Expectation Discrepancy: In instances where you genuinely determine the procured physical commodity dramatically mismatches site specifications, formal notifications must be explicitly raised to our Help Cell within effectively 1 day of physically receiving it.
- Warranty Disputes: Complaints strictly revolving around branded external commodities supplied alongside fixed manufacturer warranties should be transparently redirected toward that specific manufacturer.
- Processing Windows: In the explicit event of any monetary refunds being formally approved by Demoody Dot Net internal auditors, it strictly dictates an industry-standard waiting span of nominally 3 to 7 working days for the raw refund ledger to completely reflect inside your originating bank account or primary wallet source (like PhonePe).
- Strictly Non-Refundable Services: Payments made towards Mobile Recharges, DTH Recharges, Utility Bill Payments, Fastag, or any other direct operator disbursements are strictly non-refundable. If a recharge fails at the operator's end, the amount will typically be refunded to your wallet or original payment method, but successful transactions made to incorrect numbers/accounts entered by the user cannot be refunded or reversed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns infrastructure is engineered to fairly arbitrate purchase reversals under highly specific conditions:
- We nominally offer direct structural refunds or physical exchanges solely within the first 1 day radiating from the precise date of transactional clearance. Should the singular day successfully expire, you permanently forfeit all transactional reversal privileges of any kind.
- To legitimately qualify for an official return/exchange parameter, the referenced physical article must inherently be structurally unused, functionally identical to its delivered baseline, and remain perfectly encapsulated inside its native packaging configurations.
- Certain bespoke products, clearance articles, digital micro-transactions, and fundamentally personalized properties remain permanently exempt from this return umbrella. The localized product page inherently designates exception status ahead of checkout pipelines.
For previously authorized exchange/return operations, subsequent to our centralized hub formally intercepting and inspecting the incoming return package, we will dispatch an absolute system notification identifying the receipt sequence.
